Why Do it today?
I feel if we keep evading our to-do list we gonna end up with a stack of stuff which should have been completed weeks ago, like this article which I am writing on the last date 😅.
How to not waste time?
1. Know your time
If you want to manage your time better, you have to know where it goes first.
In current times Social media takes lots of our time, we should keep daily note of how many hours we spend on Instagram, WhatsApp and other apps.
Before the start of the day and week, create a plan about where you are gonna spend your time so that we will be prepared.
2. Identify non-productive works
Make a list of activities which you perform daily, like reading, exercising, gaming, watching movies/series, etc etc. Find which activities are non-productive like gaming. This will help us to know which activities we can eliminate from our bucket.
3. Eliminate the non-productive works
A big part of being productive is about getting rid of unproductive habits we all have.
Once the list of non-productive activities is created we can eliminate those activities from our daily routine or it would be better to replace those non-productive activities with productive ones.
The 30 minutes ritual
It's a ritual to plan your day. We should do this at the end of the day.
- Close the day with a journal about whatever happened today.
- Review tomorrow's calendar and make the activity log for tomorrow.
- Prepare the Outfit for tomorrow.
- Visualize the next day.
How to not procrastinate?
- By doing stuff you like or by doing meaningful work.
- Get a job or any work in which you are good + you also enjoy it.
- Excercise daily
- Follow digital minimalism.
